Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, or warehouse settings. This role involves working in a team environment to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Load and unload materials and products.
- Perform general construction or maintenance tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment.
- Work alongside other team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management and storage of materials.
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in a labor-intensive role (preferred).
- May work outdoors in various weather conditions.
