ROLE DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a motivated Account Associate to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible to sell and service our existing customers, help uncover needs and provide a customized solution. You will also contact prospective customers and develop insurance quotes. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide quotes for customers in auto/home/renters/life and health.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, update policies as needed and cross-sell.
  • Follow up on quotes provided
  • Must be goal-oriented and work in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Must have a Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance license or be willing to obtain
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
