Sparkle Car Wash is looking for a motivated Shift Supervisor to take charge during our shifts, keep operations running smoothly, and lead a fantastic team. If you're a natural leader who loves people, this is your chance to shine

What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellent service.
  • Motivate, coach, and support your team to perform at their best.
  • Maintain cleanliness, operational standards, and safety protocols.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
  • Participate in our commission program - all employees can earn extra
Who We're Looking For:
  • Confident, energetic leader with excellent communication skills.
  • Someone who prioritizes both customers and teammates every shift.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proud of high operational standards.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
  • Eager to grow, take on responsibility, and make an impact.
Pay & Perks:
  • $16.50-$17.50/hr.
