What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams on active mechanical construction projects
  • Support job site operations, scheduling, material procurement, and documentation
  • Learn mechanical systems and develop real-world project coordination skills
  • Build leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Prepare for a clear career path into project management

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to spend 12–18 months in the field
  • Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus—but all motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Interest in mechanical construction and long-term career growth
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
