Job Title: Product Data Specialist

Location-Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Start Date Is: ASAP

Duration: 6 month Contract

Compensation Range: $30-38/ hour W2

Day to Day:


  • Load product specifications and marketing content for new products into Product Information Management system (Inriver)
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to obtain missing or clarify inconsistent data
  • Manipulate and combine data from varying source documents
  • Check completed PIM loads for accuracy
  • Communicate progress of new product data setup through PM System (Workfront)
  • If you've been in a e- merchandising role you know what things look like on the backend but also on the customer facing side so e-merchandising is experience helps understand what it needs to look like on the backend to be correct on the front end


Must Haves:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience with Product Data Management
  • Strong experience working with Excel and Outlook

    • V look ups
    • May not have to do pivot tables but it's helpful if they know

  • Great data experience, data mining/accuracy and data relationships
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Experience communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record of being highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects and complete priorities
