Job Title: Hydraulic Hose Technician Location: PIRTEK Valley View Pay: $23–$30/hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Must be willing to work after hours and weekends

We specialize in on-site hydraulic hose repair and replacement, serving a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, transportation, and more. We're looking for a skilled, motivated Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our growing team.
Job Overview: As a Hydraulic Hose Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing hydraulic hoses and fittings in a mobile, field-based environment. You will lead by example with top-tier mechanical skills and exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical know-how, reliability, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hydraulic hose systems on-site for industrial and mobile equipment
Fabricate and install hydraulic hoses and fittings in the field and shop
Lead and train technicians as needed
Maintain service vehicle inventory and equipment
Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time
Provide excellent customer service during all service calls
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls after hours and on weekends
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience (automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial repair)
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic systems
Experience with industrial equipment and outdoor work is a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and dependable
