Location: Remote (US) - EST/CST preferred
Duration: 6 Months on W2 contract

Job Summary:

Seeking a Search Analyst with strong hands-on experience in both SEO and SEM to support Client Performance Media team. Role includes campaign optimization, reporting, keyword strategy, content optimization, and cross-team collaboration across paid and organic search programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns
  • Perform keyword research, bid strategy, pacing, budgeting & ad copy development
  • Provide weekly performance insights and identify optimization/test opportunities
  • Execute on-page SEO tasks: meta tags, keyword gaps, content optimization
  • Monitor SEO & SEM performance using tools like SEMRush, BrightEdge, Google Ads, Bing Ads
  • Collaborate with analytics on measurement, tagging, reporting & cross-channel insights
  • Track SERP changes, industry trends & algorithm updates
  • Support SEO/SEM integration and provide competitor insights
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years Marketing experience
  • 3+ years hands-on SEM campaign management
  • 3+ years hands-on SEO & content optimization experience
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMRush, BrightEdge, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360 preferred
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics/Search Console
  • Strong analytical skills; Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Preferred:
  • Strong communication & project management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting-priority environment
  • Agency or financial industry experience a plus.


Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $41.00-$45.00 per hour.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
