Customer Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly and professionally.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, address inquiries, and provide tailored recommendations across all product departments.
  • Handle cashier responsibilities for purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and skills enhancement to maintain product knowledge and expertise.
  • Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and fully stocked for an optimal shopping experience.
  • Assist with both in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders for customer convenience.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 months of experience in retail or a similar fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
