Memory Care Services Manager

Overview:
As a Memory Care Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Resident Services Director (RSD) by providing clinical oversight and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while upholding our organization's policies and procedures. This position also involves active participation in the community's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Committee.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the delivery of nursing services, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication management for residents.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new clinical team members.
- Monitor staffing schedules to ensure adequate support for the community.
- Conduct resident assessments for pre-admission, admission, and ongoing reviews while implementing and updating Resident Service Plans.
- Participate in care conferences and maintain regular communication with residents and their families.
- Regularly inspect the community to ensure compliance and the provision of proper resident care.
- Ensure a safe, attractive, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, families, and visitors.
- Serve on the QAPI Committee as assigned.
- Audit and manage electronic health records.
- Act as part of the Administrative Staff with on-call responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including any updates.
Position Requirements:
Education: Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Licenses/Certifications: Active nursing license and current CPR certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Assisted Living or Memory Support with a leadership focus.
Skills & Abilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and applicable regulations related to long-term care.
- Strong integrity and ethical judgment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead positive change.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines.
- Proficient in electronic health record systems; experience with Point Click Care preferred.
Min: USD $80,000.00/Yr. Max: USD $90,000.00/Yr.
