Our client, a global leader in agricultural origination and processing, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Quality and Production Department supporting daily laboratory and quality control operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Hudson, NY

Pay Range: $23/hr

What's the Job?
  • Perform laboratory tests and analyze data to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare chemical solutions and conduct analyses for flour, feed, and wheat samples.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
  • Complete documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and lab reports in TLC.
  • Support sanitation, safety, and food quality programs in accordance with GMP, FDA, and OSHA standards.
What's Needed?
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and laboratory software.
  • Understanding of GMP and safety compliance requirements.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
