What You'll Do

As ADON, you'll work closely with our Director of Nursing to keep our clinical team running smoothly and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care.

  • Oversee and support clinical systems
  • Help manage nursing staff scheduling, hiring, and development
  • Foster team morale and motivation to provide exceptional patient care
  • Assist with nursing programs and activities
  • Complete reports, evaluations, and charts
  • Step in to support the DON as needed

What We're Looking For
  • RN license in good standing
  • Associate degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 2+ years in a skilled nursing facility
  • 1+ year of successful leadership experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Above all: a genuine love and respect for the geriatric community ♥
