The Position
We are searching for a dedicated Clinical Training Program Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on executing and managing our Clinical Training Programs (CTPs) aimed at providing healthcare professionals with innovative training for our birth control implant product. Your mission will be to address the unmet needs of healthcare training, ensuring compliance with our guidelines as outlined in the CTP Reference Manual.
Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of the CTP developed by Organon, LLC, which ensures healthcare professionals receive comprehensive training on the usage of our birth control implant product.
Facilitate in-depth instruction for healthcare providers, including reviewing the prescribing label and providing hands-on simulation of insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion of the birth control implant.

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, including proper disclosure that the program was developed and trainers engaged by Organon.

Manage the complete process for setting up, executing, and concluding a CTP event efficiently.

Collaborate with the CTP team, training request points of contact, Clinical Account Specialist sales team, and other commercial team members to achieve objectives.

Partner with third-party vendors as necessary for program execution.
Required Education, Experience and Skills

BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Experience and Skills

1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a related scientific field.

Strong customer service skills, experience in supporting field sales teams or healthcare providers, and event planning or training coordination experience.

Exceptional attention to detail with a keen ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid understanding of compliance concepts related to pharmaceutical/vaccine marketing and sales activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
This role requires residence in the regions of Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, Arkansas, or Louisiana, with potential travel up to 50% of the time.

Salary Information
The anticipated salary range for this position in the U.S. is $52,000.00 - $88,400.00. This range considers factors such as work location, skills, educational background, and experience.
Travel and Work Arrangements
Organon employees must be able to meet all applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including any vaccination prerequisites, with the role requiring travel up to 50%.
