💉 What You'll Do as an LVN
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Willow Springs, you'll be a vital part of our care team, helping residents heal, thrive, and feel at home. Your day-to-day will include:
- Administering medications and treatments with precision and care
- Managing acute and chronic conditions
- Supervising CNAs and supporting team collaboration
- Documenting patient care using our electronic system
- Communicating clearly with residents, families, and fellow staff
