Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience:
  • Experience with OBS, KVMs, YouTube, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, network drives, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition), WordPress.
  • Experience with video switchers (Blackmagic ATEM HDMI/SDI), Blackmagic DSLR cameras, Canon XA camcorders, Manfrotto tripods, XLR mixers and microphones.
  • Live streaming experience.
  • Experience with mobile "run-and-gun" filming.
  • Experience with studio filming including green screen, proper micing, and teleprompter use.
  • Experience providing technology support in a corporate environment.
  • Two years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, manage, and produce media content.
  • Support live-streamed and recorded educational content.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot media-related issues.
  • Support on-site meeting space technology.
  • Manage media production workflows and equipment.
  • Stay current with new and emerging media technologies.
  • Perform periodic on-call duties as required.
Should Have:
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • bility to adapt quickly during live productions.
  • Strong technical aptitude across media and AV tools.
Skills:
  • Proficiency with media production hardware and software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualification and Education:
  • Relevant media, communications, or production background preferred.
  • Demo reel required (max 3 minutes) showcasing:
    Studio and non-studio work.
  • Editing.
  • Graphics (still and motion).
  • Recorded interviews.
  • Online meeting captures.
