Job Title: Technology Business Systems Consultant - Microsoft 365 Solutions (Commercial Banking RFP - Pricing Reflected)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Options: Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant to support the development and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions for Commercial Banking processes. This role involves consulting on moderately complex initiatives, analyzing business needs, and delivering innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities.

What You'll Do
  • Consult and Collaborate: Partner with business and technology teams to design and implement solutions that enhance Commercial Banking workflows.
  • Solution Development: Build and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Copilot, Fabric, and Adaptive Cards.
  • Governance & Compliance: Work closely with the SharePoint/Microsoft 365 Governance Team to ensure adherence to policies and compliance requirements.
  • AI Integration: Incorporate Microsoft AI tools to improve automation and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, support teams, and content managers to deliver custom builds and enhancements.
  • Technical Support: Provide direct support for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot implementations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years in Business Systems Data or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Microsoft SharePoint & SharePoint Online
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    • JavaScript and scripting languages
  • Location Flexibility: San Francisco preferred; Phoenix and Charlotte options available.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance and compliance.
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions in Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across multiple teams.
