Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout the Miami-Fort Lauderdale metro area. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or delays
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Mentor junior project managers and site teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred, but applicants with extensive industry experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore or MS Project
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
