Must-Have:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Willingness to obtain necessary state medical license
Description:
We are seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join a dynamic, team-oriented group providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment.
You will provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU and a 6-bed Level II NICU.
Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide.
Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment.
Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.
Serve a rapidly growing, vibrant community offering outstanding lifestyle and recreational opportunities.
This role requires residency within the immediate local area, and relocation may be required.
Coverage for weekends is required as part of a team approach to support 24/7 NICU care.
Rotating weekends with flexible scheduling promote work-life balance.
