Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to build positive working relationships within the team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment independently, alongside store management as needed.
- Familiarity with retail practices and procedures.
- Flexibility in scheduling availability, including nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. safely and effectively.
- Comfortable with frequent walking, standing, and various physical movements throughout the shift.
- Willingness to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
