Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Welder on the 1st Shift, where you will play a critical role in interpreting blueprints and setting up welding machines to weld aluminum and other parts to precise specifications.
Responsibilities
-
Interpret blueprints to set up welding machines accurately.

Weld aluminum and other materials to specified standards.

Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and assembly of metal components.

Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications.

Engage primarily in MIG welding, with some TIG welding as necessary.
Essential Skills
-
Proficiency in MIG welding, especially with aluminum.
-
Experience in TIG welding.
-
Skilled in blueprint reading and interpretation.
-
Competence in grinding and metal fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum welding.
-
Strong work history with good tenure in previous roles.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
