As Administrative Agent for the Program, VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide the following services to one or more clients of the Program. A Nurse Practitioner **** with dermatology experience to provide skin cancer screenings and general dermatological evaluations onsite at a private business in __Duquoin, IL. __ VitalCheck manages administrative logistics and facilitates scheduling, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting. VitalCheck does not provide medical care and does not control clinical decision‑making.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skin checks and skin cancer screenings.
  • Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.
  • Advise/ refer patients for follow-up care.

Requirements:

  • Active clean Nurse Practitioner license to practice in ** __ Illinois. **
  • _****_Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.
  • A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.
  • Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Patient education driven.
  • Personal laptop or tablet required.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Du Quoin, Illinois 62832.
