• Location: Bethpage, NY 11714 – Long Island nursing jobs with access to NYC attractions, parks, and dining
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shifts, 4x12-hour (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 48 hours
• Employment Type: Travel nursing contract
• Start Date: December 15, 2025
• Weekend Coverage: Minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2130-$2190

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (required for New York healthcare jobs)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department (ER) nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Proficient in triage, adult, and pediatric emergency care
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Two supervisory clinical references (Charge RN references accepted)
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department
• Conduct triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Respond to medical emergencies and deliver life-saving interventions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical procedures
