Washington, DC, United States Bond Vet Full time

Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, so we're there for pets when they need us most. Our clinics are designed with pets and people in mind: warm, friendly, and highly sniffable. We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.

About the Role:

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up and we're looking for a people-first, detail-oriented HR professional to help support our growing team. The HR Business Partner will report directly to our Senior Managers of HRBP and support the day-to-day people operations, provide exceptional employee support, and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience across our clinics. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, can maintain organization and is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with employees and leaders alike. You'll gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, such as employee relations, leave management, and policy interpretation while contributing to the overall success of the People Team and the employee lifecycle.

This is a hybrid role, with candidates ideally located in D.C or NW Virginia - near our clinics. The role requires travel to clinics on average 2 to 3 times per week. View our DMV clinic locations Here
