Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of two years of experience License: Active state license required; proof of application is acceptable Certifications: ARRT CT, BLS Must-Have: - ARRT Registered CT Technologist - Virginia license or proof of application and proof of active license from another state - Previous experience with GE or Siemens scanners and PACS - Experience with Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, Head without and/or with contrast - Experience with Starting Peripheral IVs, Brain perfusion, Multiplanar Reconstruction - Experience with Vascular CTA, Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Thoracic Description: Candidate must be able to start pending state license verification. ARRT Registered CT Technologist needed for a night shift position. The duration of the assignment is 13 weeks. Candidate should be available to work weekends. Responsibilities include performing CT scans with and without contrast. Candidate should be proficient in starting peripheral IVs and various imaging modalities. Experience with Epic is preferred, and an online Epic class will be a part of the onboarding process. The environment sees approximately 130 visits per day. The unit has three rooms dedicated to CT technology. Flu vaccination is required during flu season, with exemptions available. Travelers are expected to comply with all facility policies and procedures. Candidates should be prepared to work some holidays as needed. All submissions must include proper documentation of experience and qualifications.
