Industry: Paper & Packaging Manufacturing
Degree: Engineering or Related Field (Experience Considered)
Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing reliability/maintenance

Role: Reliability Engineer

Join a global paper manufacturing leader as a Reliability Engineer where you'll drive equipment reliability and performance improvements. You'll lead breakdown elimination efforts, develop maintenance strategies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field (experience considered)
• 3+ years in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing engineering
• Experience in paper industry highly desirable
• Knowledge of pulping equipment and processes preferred
• Expertise in maintenance processes and reliability principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Lean Production Systems
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
