Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Investments clients in a supportive, client-focused environment.
- Serve as a frontline, customer-facing representative, responding to inbound calls using a scripted opening and managing call flow independently.
- Assist with account maintenance, website navigation, asset transfers, correspondence questions, and other general inquiries.
- Support clients through a broker-dealer conversion, including new website navigation, account number changes, and digital troubleshooting.
- Handle tax-related inquiries and increased seasonal volume, including requests for tax forms.
- Deliver clear, accurate guidance while maintaining a positive, professional tone on every call.
- Provide digital support and help clients understand system changes during the conversion period to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
- Manage approx. 30-40 calls per day, with average handle times of 11-14 minutes due to required documentation.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all client interactions.
- Leverage customer service skills, basic technical proficiency, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Contact center experience preferred; customer service experience required.
