Job Quick Facts Specialty: Interventional Radiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: West Reading, PA Service Setting: Inpatient Reason For Need: Supplemental Coverage Period: Jun 25, 2025 - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical Call Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 7:30a-5p - 1 to 2 weeks/month; 1 weekend/month Call Schedule: - Nights; 1-2 days/weeks - Weekends; Fri (7:30a) - Mon (7:30a) Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 30 mins Call Ratio: 1:4 to 1:5 Callback %: 20 - Weekday call will result in a procedure - Weekends usually require handful of cases Support Staff: 3 PAs, 12 RTs, 12 RNs, 2 Scheduler Required to Supervise APPs: Yes Procedures: - Abscess Drainage, Biopsies, Venous Access - Dialysis Access Intervention - Biliary & GU Intervention - Angiograms/embolization for trauma & GI bleeds No of Exam Rooms: - 2 (Single Plane Rooms) - 1 (Biplane Room) - 1 (CT) - 12 (prep/recover beds) Trauma Level: I EMR: Epic Other Info: - Must be available to perform emergent procedures Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active PA license BC/BE BLS, ACLS
