Endocrinologist OpportunityOutpatient Focus Collegial Team Academic AffiliationA leading healthcare organization in southwest Michigan is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing outpatient team of specialists in a well-established Diabetes and Endocrinology Center. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering strong clinical and administrative support, an excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity for academic involvement.Position Highlights:Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilitiesJoin a team of 2 experienced Endocrinologists, Nurse Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes EducatorsShared minimal after-hours call, supported by centralized nurse triageDedicated resources including classroom space for patient education, insulin pump training, and ultrasound-guided proceduresCollaboration with an interdisciplinary team focused on comprehensive endocrine careOption for faculty appointment with a local medical school (Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine)Qualifications:MD or DO with completion of an Endocrinology FellowshipBoard Certified or Board Eligible in EndocrinologyEligible for Michigan medical licenseStrong interest in outpatient endocrine care and team-based practiceCommitment to patient-centered, compassionate care and ongoing professional developmentCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with profit-sharing potentialStudent loan repayment assistanceGenerous PTO and CME stipendSign-on bonus and/or residency stipendComprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsRelocation assistance availableWhy Southwest Michigan?Ideally located halfway between Chicago and Detroit, the area boasts a rich mix of cultural, recreational, and educational opportunities.
