Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst III, you will work in a start-up environment, focusing on the public sector, particularly U.S. Department of Defense and other national security customers. The role requires a passion for technology and a global perspective, along with the ability to create and implement solutions, processes, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare financial analysis critical to tracking the performance of Government contracts and overall business performance.

• Build and articulate financial results and analytical insights to senior business and finance leaders.

• Develop financial models that provide intelligence for business decisions.

• Utilize superb business modeling skills and demonstrate keen attention to detail.

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to the business.

Essential Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Financial acumen and experience in financial analysis.

• Ability to develop complex financial models.

• 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with public sector clients, especially in the U.S. Department of Defense.

• Experience in a start-up environment.

• Leadership skills to drive business objectives.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
