Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive training to master the skills required to serve our customers effectively.
  • Prioritize safety in every aspect of your work.
  • Follow and manage a service route schedule, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer's location.
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe manner.
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity while interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and providing tailored pest control solutions.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties, both inside and outside, with support from our training system.
  • Communicate actions taken, ensure customer satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
  • Document all service-related activities through a provided handheld device for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience needed – we will train you to become a top-performing professional
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
  • Must be able to work independently in the field, managing your own route and interacting with customers in their businesses or homes.

Work Environment:

Candidates should be prepared to carry out physical job requirements, including:

  • Safely using ladders per manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, and maneuvering in confined areas.
  • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
  • Working in various weather conditions.
