About the Role - As a Lead Backend Software Engineer on our RCM team, you will be pivotal in designing and developing intricate backend solutions that optimize our financial operations. Your technical expertise will enable you to create scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems for payment processing, claims management, and financial reporting. You will also lead small teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive improvements in our development processes. Utilizing technologies such as .Net, Python, and SQL, you'll contribute to building enterprise-level applications with a holistic understanding of system architecture to make informed technical decisions.
Responsibilities:
- 5-8 Years of Software Development Experience: Proven history of delivering complex projects that demonstrate seniority and expertise.
- Expertise in Backend Technologies: In-depth proficiency in .Net and Python to design and implement complex, scalable backend solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and Database Management: Critical for creating reliable systems for payment processing, claims management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with System Design and Architecture: A comprehensive understanding of system architecture to make informed technical decisions for enterprise-grade applications.
- Ability to Lead and Mentor Junior Engineers: Essential for leading small teams and enhancing development processes.
- Deep Understanding of Programming Principles: Fundamental for constructing high-performance, robust systems.
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing Environments: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to support modern backend infrastructure.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Critical for addressing complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance.
Required Skills:

Pay Range and Compensation Package - Annual Salary Range: $130,000-$152,000, accompanied by a generous benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.
