DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Experience as a glass/ glazing estimator in commercial construction.
- You can expeditiously gather all information pertinent to the work that he needs to bid by: site visits, meeting with client, drawings, specifications, addendums and governing agencies pictures.
- You are adept at assessing the costs associated with building or renovating structures based on project plans, specifications and other relevant information.
- You can clearly communicate with internal and external project teams to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- You have a Bachelor Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- You can deliver and explain all documents or information of any relevance, that were received, created and developed during the bid process.
- You are comfortable representing the company at different showcases that you may be required to attend.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
- A Commercial Specialty Contractor – Glass Glazing.
COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary up to $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Standard benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off (PTO), etc.
