Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Collaborating to plan audit objectives and strategize audit approaches.
Leading multiple audit engagements while managing competing priorities.
Reviewing, examining, and analyzing financial records and statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting standards.
Maintaining regular communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and effectively lead change initiatives.
Identifying and managing firm risks associated with audits and proposals.
Supervising, training, and mentoring staff throughout engagements.
Evaluating the performance of staff for engagement assessments.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
5+ years of relevant audit and assurance experience.
Active CPA certification.
Experience working with real estate clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

For Minnesota, the expected salary range for this position is between $112,000 - $121,000 USD annually. This range may vary in other locations based on market differences. Actual compensation will be determined by experience and other legally permissible factors.
For New York City and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $150,000. Compensation may vary in other locations based on market differences and will be determined by experience and other allowable factors.
