Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years in customer service or sales, with experience in the health care industry preferred
  • Fluency in more than one language (e.g., English and Spanish)
  • An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Availability for full-time, hybrid work, including local travel on weekdays, nights, and weekends
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • A curiosity for innovation and growth
  • A collaborative team spirit
  • A commitment to positively impacting customers in every interaction

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead membership growth initiatives by identifying and enrolling eligible individuals in plans such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), HARP, Off-Exchange, Medicare Advantage (MA) products, and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP)
  • Conduct outreach activities to showcase our health care solutions at various events, including health fairs and community gatherings, enhancing MVP's visibility
  • Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, medical providers, and community contacts to expand your network
  • Travel locally to promote MVP's customer-centric initiatives throughout our service area
  • Participate in screening requirements and provide proof of immunization to support community health
  • Transport promotional materials (up to 30 lbs.) to educate customers about their health care options
  • Contribute to team efforts and take on various responsibilities that support our mission to improve health care delivery

Work Environment:

This position is hybrid with required travel in Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, or Ulster Counties.

This role offers a salary, quarterly incentives, and travel reimbursement.
