Seasonal Stockroom Operations Associate

Join Our Team In this exciting role, you will provide top-notch customer service while ensuring smooth store operations. You'll play a vital part in processing freight and handling replenishment and omni-channel operations efficiently.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving and processing products, including unloading truck shipments and managing stockroom operations for omni-channel fulfillment.
- Replenishing the sales floor according to sales trends and seasonal adjustments.
- Engaging with customers by welcoming them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Executing product protection standards effectively.
- Assisting in training new hires on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and productivity tools as guided by store leadership.
- Embodying integrity, honesty, and teamwork in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Making informed decisions with good judgment and involving appropriate partners as necessary.
- Exhibiting a customer-focused attitude by anticipating needs and resolving issues effectively.
- Supporting the point of sale and customer service teams to ensure quick service and a satisfying customer experience.
- Meeting or exceeding individual targets, including productivity and customer loyalty.
- Managing multiple tasks while adhering to established timelines.
- Following company policies and safety guidelines for the well-being of associates and customers.
- Receiving and proactively acting on guidance from supervisors and management.
- Completing other assigned duties as needed.
What You Bring to the Role:
Required Skills:
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
- No prior retail experience needed.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in client-facing retail or service environments.
