Are you a team player with a vibrant personality? We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Dispatcher who is dedicated to helping others. As the first point of contact for our customers in need, you will need to be empathetic, possess excellent customer service and phone skills, and feel comfortable with sales.
In this role, you'll also coordinate scheduling for our field technicians, so strong computer and organizational skills are essential. We want enthusiastic team players who are eager to grow professionally, earn well, and build a gratifying and lasting career in a friendly work environment

Responsibilities:
- Provide phone sales and support
- Manage all incoming inquiries (phone, online, etc.)
- Schedule technicians effectively
- Show empathy towards customers' situations
Qualifications:

- Capable problem solver and critical thinker

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
