Job Description:
Dedicated Reefer Night Truck Driver for a Leading Retailer
Average Pay: $1,300-$1,500 weekly
Home Time: Daily
Experience: Open to all CDL holders
Overview:
- Transport reefer and dry van freight to various retail stores.
- 100% no-touch freight with 95% drop-and-hook.
- Complete approximately 10 loads per week with 1-2 stop-offs per load.
- Operate within a 150-mile radius of Owatonna, MN.
Pay and Bonus Potential:
- Mileage and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Weekly performance bonuses.
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, delivered over 12 months in your first year.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid over 12 months.
- Paid orientation program.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 holiday pay days each year.
- Annual performance bonus: Earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Mandatory night driving for this position.
- Must reside within 35 miles of Owatonna, MN or Shakopee, MN.
