To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

  • Inspect parts for quality defects such as open welds, part length and appearance.
  • Perform routine & preventive maintenance on machines.
  • Follow written work instructions and operator inspection sheets to determine production requirements and part specifications

This full-time, hourly, role is a part of our Clinton team and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Required experience:

  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently at multiple stations as a member of the production team.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull loads of 10- 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work in an upright/ standing position for up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Maintain a good attendance record.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules.
  • Ability to work as a team member.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and legal citations preferred
  • Transcription experience a plus
