Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Working Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday the first week and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday the second week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

This position, independently or in consultation with a physician, administers medications, performs various types of therapeutic modalities and diagnostic testing for the cardio-pulmonary system, responds to arrest and emergency situations, and provides CPR and life support systems.

Responsibilities

  • Performs respiratory care to evaluate and treat protocol evaluations.
  • Delivers medications via aerosol and metered dose inhalers.
  • Responds to all Rapid Responses, arrest, or STAT situations immediately, maintaining artificial airways, and performing respiration and cardiac compressions.
  • Sets up and maintains all oxygen according to protocol.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • 2+ years of experience required.
  • Current BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications required.
  • NRP and NBRC certifications required.
  • Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
