The Lead Systems Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to manufacturing, engineering, sales, and supply chain teams, driving process improvements through JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and leading cross-functional solution design and implementation. The analyst will manage system configurations, version control, and processing options within JDE, while also supporting integrations with edge systems like MES, CPQ, and SolidWorks. They will lead testing efforts, oversee documentation, and provide production support. The position requires deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, including work orders, BOMs, PDM, and cost accounting. As a senior member of a collaborative team, the analyst will mentor junior colleagues and help guide the organization toward ERP standardization. The role is fully onsite in Dodge Center, MN, with occasional travel to Riceville, IA and Murfreesboro, TN. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and engaging directly with business stakeholders to define needs and propose solutions.

Plusses
Experience with CPQ/configurator functionality
Familiarity with change management (CN) processes
Exposure to edge systems like MES, DSI, Jagger, Reliance QMS, Smart Team, SolidWorks
Certifications (IIBA, ITIL, CBAP, CCAB)
Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments
Must-Haves
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience (v8.12 or ideally v9.2)
Manufacturing industry expertise, especially in:
o Work orders, BOMs, PDM, MRP, cost accounting
o Make-to-order and configured-to-order models
Functional and technical skills:
o Writing specs, using OMW, version control, processing options
o Understanding JDE table structures and system impact
Leadership/project experience
Willingness to relocate to Dodge Center or Rochester, MN
