Description:
Home Health Physical Therapist position available in the East Portland area and surrounding regions.
The role involves providing therapy services to patients in their homes.
Shifts are 8 hours during the day.
The position cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 schedules.
The therapist will handle a patient ratio of 1:1, with the possibility of visiting up to 6 patients per day.
Productivity points are set at a standard of 30 per day.
First-time travelers are welcomed to apply.
No weekend shifts are required.
The facility does not require on-call duties, and travelers will not be expected to float between units.
Travelers must confirm their time-off restrictions with the hiring manager.
The facility has specific requirements for COVID-19 vaccinations, including primary series and one booster.
Experience with Oasis is required; please specify if you do not have this experience.
Business casual attire is preferred; scrubs are permitted but not required.
Charting will be performed using designated systems.
The facility aims to minimize driving and windshield time for clients.
Travelers should expect occasional maximum driving distances.
Mileage reimbursement will follow standard IRS rates.
References from a minimum of two supervisory sources within the last three years in a similar specialty are required.
Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state if necessary.
Providers should use communication devices supplied by the client for any required assignments.
Modules related to the position are non-billable, with an average completion time specified.
