This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and maintaining materials flow between warehouse and production floor. This role ensures that production and planning teams receive the right materials at the right time, supporting smooth operations and on-time order fulfillment. The Warehouse Coordinator acts as the link between warehouse operations, production, and planning, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely replenishment, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

This role supports Motion High Power, in an on-site capacity in New Berlin, WI.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Support ABB production team with troubleshooting material movement challenges between warehouse and production floor.
  • Train production line leaders on standard operation procedures.
  • Monitor daily communication tools and escalate overdue issues following internal guidelines.
  • Conduct ad hoc and periodic shop floor cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Process Owner to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications for the role:
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse coordination, material flow, and supporting production/operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree or related Education in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent (preferred).
  • A proactive and hands-on individual with strong logical thinking and process understanding.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment .
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
