Aero Auto Repair is looking for Automotive Technicians with 5+ years of experience to join the best team in the county.
Hi, my name is Tony and I just want to be real with you for a minute. I am the proud owner of Aero Auto Repair & California Autohaus. I started in this industry as a technician, just like you. I worked my way up starting as a lube tech and floor sweep into an ASE Certified Mechanic with a passion for Mercedes.
I quickly burned out working for shops that overpromised and underdelivered. I was tired of being underappreciated. I was tired working with unsafe, aged equipment. I was tired of not having my voice heard. I was tired of working with no shop tools or support. I was tired of feeling like nothing I did mattered. I reached my breaking point and decided to start my own company and I vowed to change our industry and the way technicians are treated.

If you are tired of not earning what you are worth? Look no further It is my goal that all of our technicians make AT LEAST 100k a year, with master technicians in the range of $120-$160k per year. I offer all technician's a base pay of double the minimum wage with a great production pay plan
Are you tired of working BS hours? We are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Work with a bunch of idiots? All of our technicians have earned their place with us and are highly respected
