If this sounds like you, apply today Responsibilities: • Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products • Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects • Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations • Provide financial planning and investment advice to clients • Sell financial products and services, including securities and insurance • Conduct financial analysis and create investment portfolios for clients • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and timely updates • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in financial regulations • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and expand the client base • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients Qualifications: • Valid professional license CPA, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, are required • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field is required • Proven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essential • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred • Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essential Necessary Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including investment management and securities law • Proven experience in financial sales and customer service • Familiarity with technical accounting and financial analysis • Experience with public accounting or a related field is a plus • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving sales goals What licenses would be ideal to have to join us: Licenses: Life & Health, Series 7, and Series 66 Job Type : Full-time Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid training • Referral program • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Commission pay Experience: • Financial concepts: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Atlanta, GA 30342 (Preferred) • Work Location: In person Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
