Pezz Electrical Service LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on professional who is confident in installing residential and light-commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure a variety of HVAC systems, including:
- Furnaces and Air Handlers
- Central Air Conditioning Units
- Boilers and Heat Pumps
- Mini-Split Systems and Package RTU Units
- Follow installation blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure systems are installed per local code and safety regulations
- Perform quality checks and startup tests post-installation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and service vehicle
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately document all installation activities and materials used
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience in residential and light-commercial settings
- Solid understanding of system layouts, ductwork, and startup procedures
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues on-site
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Highly adaptable and willing to learn new methods and technologies
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- No formal certification required, but experience is essential
