Pay Range: $15-17/hr
Shift: 6am-2:30pm M-F
Resume submittal and face to face interview with the company
***Candidate must pass a drug screen and be open to a criminal background check***
Duties
- Follow job order to the exact detail
- Compare job order with specs on the computer screen
- Use of magnifying glass to observe defects in soldering balls and joints
- Report defects
- Pull part that is defective
- Repetitive position
- Sitting position
- Perform visual inspection of both printed circuit boards and assemblies
- Verify material according to applicable acceptance criteria (IPC, IIP, data sheets, etc.)
- Interpret drawings, work instructions, job routings, test instructions, BOM's and inspection
documents - Identify/segregate nonconforming material according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of product acceptance and FAI/FAR requirements
- Verify in-process and finished product according to applicable standards and criteria (AQL,
QSL, customer print, established program, etc. - Perform inspections using optical scopes, measurement tools and x-ray equipment
- Previous OEM or EMS industry experience highly desirable but not required
- Must be proficient with using a computer. Job requires utilizing Outlook, Excel, Word for important documentation
- Experience in ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 13485 manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative solution capabilities
- Excellent communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas
- High school diploma or GED
