Job Description:

We Are Seeking We Are Seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions across Salesforce, ServiceNow, and enterprise integration platforms. This role requires deep hands-on development expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to bridge complex technical solutions with high-level business objectives in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce, ServiceNow, Java, and JavaScript.
• Customize and extend Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms, including workflows, business rules, integrations, and configurations.
• Design, develop, secure, and maintain REST and/or SOAP APIs for integration with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Translate business objectives and executive feedback into actionable, scalable technical solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments, including sprint planning, development, demos, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate sprint demonstrations and clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, integration specifications, and deployment instructions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Apply secure software development practices, including role-based access control, audit logging, and secure API design.
• Support and enhance production systems operating in complex, regulated environments.

Required Skills:
• 3+ years of hands-on, developer-level experience designing and building Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience developing with Java and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows, business rules, integrations, and platform configuration.
• Proven expertise in API design and integration (REST and/or SOAP) with enterprise platforms such as identity management, case management, or data exchange systems.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to act as a strategic bridge between business leadership and technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience producing high-quality technical documentation.
• Direct experience supporting production systems in criminal justice-related domains or environments handling justice-related data.
• Strong understanding of secure software development practices and application security principles.
