As a part of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing post-installation issues and assisting with special project work when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure optimal application uptime and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve various application issues.
  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to improve system availability and identify faults.
  • Perform routine configurations, including user permissions and application settings.
  • Document all system modifications through a digital change control system.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct pre-deployment testing on all upgrades and significant modifications.
  • Execute on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarms, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
  • Experience with fire alarm systems such as Bosch, Silent Knight is highly preferred; knowledge of Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or similar commercial systems is a plus.
  • Preferred NICET certification or State Fire License.
  • ESA Certified Alarm Technician and NTS Certified Service Technician preferred.
  • Understanding of network communications and IP addressing.
  • Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV or Access Control are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
