Job Description:
  • Maintaining operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC
  • Be people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce
  • Supervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearly
  • Possess strong organizational skills
Previous experiences in retail and at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle and Panera Bread are an asset

Requirements
  • Friendly and upbeat personality
  • Team player with a desire to learn
  • Experience managing a food establishment preferred but not required
  • Understanding of food safety systems, ServSafe certification is a plus


Company Information
Since 1989 the Pino Network (Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC) focuses on developing and promoting people from within, which has proven instrumental to our success. Currently, we operate 17 Dunkin' restaurants throughout Massachusetts. The majority of our Store Management and Upper Management we have promoted from within.

We are looking to add more dedicated people to our team as we continue to grow and develop as a network. We seek influential leaders to help drive our day-to-day operations while providing the best overall guest experience in our restaurants.
