As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our restaurant's daily activities, ensuring that every aspect of our operations runs smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Managing product preparation and delivery to guarantee the highest quality for our customers.
- Fostering excellent customer relations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensuring proper maintenance and repair of restaurant facilities.
- Effectively managing inventory to control costs and reduce waste.
- Leading and developing your team, focusing on recruitment and retention efforts.
- Maintaining financial accountability, including Profit & Loss management.
- Delivering exceptional products and services, consistently meeting customer expectations.
- Performing additional tasks as needed to support the restaurant's success.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. We seek candidates with:

- Basic business math and accounting skills.

- Basic computer literacy.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a College or University degree preferred. Candidates should have 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, with specific responsibility for Profit & Loss management.
