About The Position
We are seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Connecticut, starting Jan 5, 2026. This opportunity features day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The provider will focus on general internal medicine duties, including medication refills and patient evaluations, in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct general internal medicine evaluations and patient assessments
• Manage medication refills and related prescriptions
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care

Additional Information

• Current Nurse Practitioner license required for Connecticut
• Board certification in Internal Medicine required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Previous experience and comfort with internal medicine cases preferred
